Pls also listen to the re-recorded versions of these, the instrumentals and mixes have been drastically enhanced plus Taylors vocals hit differently : )
Hey, did you record your reaction to every song on red before taylor's version came out? I'm asking because I'd love to know what you think of The Last Time. A lot of fans kinda compared Exile to that one when folklore came out. If not, I think maybe you should listen directly to the new version instead, I feel like it's 100 times better.
Thank you for uploading your already recorded reactions!! I definitely prefer to see the original/first reaction... I look forward to your taylor's version reactions for the ones you haven't filmed/reacted to yet :)
I know that you reacted to these before she re-released Red, but...if you haven't already recorded reactions to them I'd recommend reacting to live versions of I Knew You Were Trouble and We Are Never Getting Back Together from her 1989 world tour. Both are in a different genre than their album versions, both live versions are better than than the recorded and rerecorded.
It’s totally up to you if you wanna skip! I wouldn’t fault you. As a fan I definitely know she has some misses on this album (we are never getting back together, stay stay stay (I love it bc it’s mindless bop but ik it’s not everyone’s cup of tea). But this album is a concept album, showing the tumultuous nature of love. Sonically it’s not cohesive, but conceptually it tells a story. As someone who’s exploring her music it’d be fun to see her range or catch things you might not have gotten during radio play. But absolutely no pressure! Did you do state of grace? I can’t remember. That’s track 1 on Red. Edit: OMG I accidentally wrote exploiting. I meant exploring. Edited that typo :)
I would love to see you reacting to "Woman", "To Be So Lonely", "Two Ghost", "Fine Line", all by Harry Styles! Or to every song of Mr. Styles, he's my favorite singer. I like your videos a lot, I just found you today.
you should react to IKYWT if you are doing the album. You might like the stripped version of Treacherous. It is part of a promo she did in Nashville in 2013, she included 3 songs, WANEGBT, Treachersous, and 22. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2obMo7y-rvA.html is the video from her channel. (fwiw, Dan Wilson (worked w/Dixie Chicks and Adele ; band was Semisonic) co-wrote Treacherous and produced it; Max Martin and Shellback did the same for the other two songs here. She was getting some of the best to collaborate with.) This was the original version. While it is still on her YT channel, expect some criticism from hyper-partisan Swifties; you might look at the new version to see how her changes in mixing and her delivery enhance the song; she has the album as a playlist of lyric videos on her channel. She's been doing full lyric videos for her albums since at least Lover on her channel; she releases them at the same time as the other streaming versions. She has playlists for all her albums which include music videos, and there are some live performances there, as well as behind the scenes stuff.
