This is not a commercial. For allergies take Zrytec, you can get the store brand for cheaper, take it once a day, like when you wake up before you are exposed to the pollen. If you have congestion too, then take Mucus-D, which has to be bought in the pharmacy (any store pharmacy), there are different dosages, and you have to show ID to get it. I am not a doctor or a nurse, just recommending what I take and my grandson, it works, but you have to take it daily throughout the pollen season. My grandson takes the Zrytec year round he has animal dander allergies, and he lives with us, and loves the kitties.
