The summer solstice means that it's time for the TBN Hairshirt, 200 miles to Niagara Falls and back. I decided to ride on a whim and didn't have a good amount of training under my belt, and things got pretty tough once the wind started howling.
Wanted to just pack it in at the halfway point, but my two fellow group members wouldn't let me quit on them. Once we wrapped around into Burlington, it was smooth sailing with a brisk tailwind in for the final 50km.
