I love Things We Left Behind, I was surprised by all the not so great reviews but I feel like a lot of times people go into 3rd/4th books in an interconnected series wanting a specific story/storyline for characters they love and have these high expectations so if the book doesn't necessarily go that way it leaves the readers a bit disappointed. Maybe bc of the longer gap between the last book, youll hopefully have a good reading experience. It is a bit spicy just FYI!

Some of the fun prompts I have seen lately are more than two POVs, you can spell your first name with the title, has an animal companion, a crime happens in the book, the page number ends with the number your birthday falls on. (For me my birthday is the 1st of a month so needs to end in 1, for my husbands birthday it would be a 15).

🫙 I didn’t like One for My Enemy. I rated it a low 3 star. It was super fast paced almost too fast. It also was very confusing as well. I think this should not be the first Olive Blake you go into.
