Please tell me you plan on releasing a book about your life. That would be awesome. You've achieved more in a few short years, then what most people achieve in their entire life. Fighting in two of the most legendary fighting units on the planet. The SEALS and The French Foreign Legion. I would binge read that. 👍
@@tcavofficial Actually, I think that a tv show would be a better option than a movie. A movie would be great but all of us who read the book about Chris Kyle’s military career (American Sniper) and watched the movie based on it, we all noticed that a movie is way too short to show every interesting things about the SEAL life of a guy like Chris. A tv show with maybe 10 episodes 50 minutes long to tell us your story (BUD/s, your career in SEAL team 7, kicked out of the US military Forces then the French Foreign Legion), this would be really awesome. I know that a project like this requires a lot of money for a maximum authenticity but, that would be awesome.
Found you a couple of months ago, I was at a low point in my life. I been building back up slowly. I’ve fell on my ass and messed up along the way but I’m still pushing. Trying to get my diploma then join the legion. These videos are helping me tremendously. Keep doing what you’re doing man, you’re saving lives with these stories👊🏽
Found you a couple of months ago, I was at one of the lowest points in my life. Over these last couple of months I’ve been building back up slowly. I’ve fell on my ass and messed up along the way more times then I can count however I’m still pushing. Trying to get my diploma then join the legion. These videos are helping me tremendously. Keep doing what you’re doing man, you’re saving lives with these stories👊🏽
no, he quit, he's always in trouble and he's a bad drug addict. at least he said he quit, they probably threw him out. he's a non-compatible wash out pos
Thanks Cav, you survived, and thrived!! Talk about reflection!! You have been at the bottom, thank you for sharing the details of the raise of TCav!!! You never hear the true meaning of being down and out!!! Cav thanks for your knowledge, kindness, and support!! LFR Cav AIRBORNE!!💪🔥
Dude you have a made a remarkable transformation. Nearly shamanic. Break down first to rebuild. Respect, still regret a bit I didn’t do a stint in la legion. Was a plan c years back
Im glad you've seen and went through all da bullshit and tired of it. Forget about what people think Soldier! Da strong will be hated da most. God has something greater for you. Always keep him in ya heart, mind n soul. I see ur more happier back at home! Jesus is watching over his people!!
Damn dawg, hearing the story u just told about being hazed after being a seal really opeed my eyes ! I was a infantryman in the Army. I served a few years at my first unit and done the whole being the new guy, getting smoked all day and night. Always on some BS detail. And once i got through that insaid never again. But then I reenlisted for a different unit closer to where my family lived. I somehow got my orders fcked up and got sent to a Pathfinder unit, and lord have mercy was i humbled and went through that BS again. And after being in the Army for quite a few years, that was almost 2 much for me to deal with without getting into it with some Sgt. But hearing ur story made me realize i needed to be humbled, and to this day need to remain that way. Humility is part of growing as a warrior and man.
Fuck man I found you on youtube some where else. Your story is incredible, I got fucked by the army, as a paratrooper it easy to make one mistake off duty and it changes your life. 20 years later Im listening to you and I feel a connection for the first time in my life. From North of Boston, listening seeing that sun WOW. LOVE THE CHANNEL THANK YOU !!!!!
I really appreciate your videos. Sometimes, I feel low before I watch them, but you always get through to me and get my head right. Thank you sir and good luck in all that you do. Respect.
I met an American ‘Legionnaire while I was a UN war crimes investigator in Kosovo. He was a former 82nd Airborne paratrooper and his unit was clearing an execution site of uxo for my unit.
Story 78 and morning 🌄 coffee ☕️, and another amazing story. I love this stuff. The messages you give within your story are incredible. A true life adventure. Stay safe.
Man, what a mushroom! It is always a great pleasure to see a new video. You are a fantastic example for young people, mainly those who don't know which way to follow. Take care bro🤙
You've got a good message. As you and your channel grow so does the responsibility. People need something to aspire to. Someone who can lead the way. In a world where only the strong survive it's good to see a man willing to shine some light in the darkness. Keep grinding sir.
My ass is being humbled on the daily. I know it's going to be a long process and dedication to self improvement. Your story is inspiring to me. Appreciate it man, you deserve what you worked for.
I remember the allies (foreign students) from US Army schools. It must have been surreal meeting an allied BUDS grad in the Legion! Small world! In the US Army, we used to say, “I might not know you, but I know somebody who knows somebody who knows you.” As large as the Army is, this happened a lot! It must be even more true in the SEALs or the Legion.
Germany had a huge community of former Legionaires (The Legion 1945 till around 1965 was "very german"). Some years ago there was a online community with an online forum. If you told them "I'm a legionaire" it took them a few hours and they knew everything about your career. Or...you were kicked out.
@@exn207 I’m sure! As big as the US Army is, “I know somebody who knows somebody who knows you” must be much more true with the Foreign Legion, especially with that German group. Many of them probably also knew each other from World War Two.
@@danielvillarreal6610 You're a legionaire till you die. And the Legion ist always there If you have some troubles. They even have a nursing home. When you're old and sick you can't pay the nursing you return to France to spent you're last years there. Long story short (and in my words). Every legionaire has a number, the "Matricule" and every legionaire knows a telefone number in Aubagne the regiment there has bureau just for the former members. You make a call and tell them "I met Legionaire 4567843 yesterday Service 1983-1990. He's a good one or should i kick him in the ass?" Perhaps the answer is that 4567843 served 1973-1978, a tall scottish ginger and not a short black haired German.
Good morning T Cav! My routine I'm usually off on Thursdays! Wake up early watch your videos! And handle my business for the day! Where are you kicking it! Lake Perris? Have a great day brother! Sincerely US Army Vet!
Just wanted to let you know that I look forward to your content brother and I hope you keep it coming. And I would love to see you get published because you have a book in you. Lastly I hope you have considered public speaking with your story.
Glad that you might be helping others going down the wrong path, but you have to FINISH what you start. Who cares if there is a pot of gold somewhere else, you have to honor your commitments. That says a lot about character. I don't care how big and bad the dude may be, but I want someone on my flanks that I know I can count on the be there when I need him to be.
@@tcavofficial I am looking at the evidence. They were going to lock you up because you started making content right? Then take the high road, finish your tour and THEN make content. It would have been a win win. Rules are rules. I may not have liked them when I was in, but I never questioned them. I just continued to march.
Dude that is the best video you've made yet man, powerful shit perfectly said, EPIC!! God bless brother and thank you for sharing this very important message THANK YOU for serving!!
Tcav quote: "You might be above sharkshit on the bottom of the ocean, but you're still shark shit! 😂 You've got to have Heart man, soul and a set of balls!" I love you, Taylor! ❤😅
How does the Foreign Legion interact with the french army? Also, does the singing signify something when marching? I was in the Marines and we did cadence so is singing something similar to that? Your motivational content is unique and great.
This is the best example of “Staying in the fight “that I’ve heard in a long time! Lets forget about a book Let’s get a crowd funding going and do a movie of your life. Then we could control who plays the lead role Otherwise Hollywood will get an 150lb guy who identifies as a cauliflower playing you Jimmy Queen Taylor Thrasher and Brad Dunn could play the Eastern European legionaries!!!
Not sure what God has put you through so much of shit in life but you're an inspiration man. Probably never thought you would be but a lot of guys would have just rolled over and died. You got a ton to share and a lot of people to save. Write a book dude By the way where do I get those fucking sunglasses
In LE you learn to: 1) march 2) obey orders 3) French 4) clean toilets, yourself and every imaginable surface 5) iron and make the bed 6) BUT ABOVE ALL respect for your companions, your true family LPN
Question: I was a Corpsman for 7 years. If I joined the Legion today (which I'm not) and I wanted to be a medic, would they send me to advanced training?
I am very interested to know this.. (coming from someone who has experimented with steroids myself) how did you deal with side effects of coming off cycle when you would go to the military? When I have come off cycle it’s been loss of endurance, strength, energy and other health issues; just wondering how you dealt with those. (If this is personal/don’t want to answer I completely understand as well)
Go for it man. My parents influenced me not to enlist and get a contract for SEAL training and it’s one of my biggest regrets…sometimes they don’t know best.
