Merry Christmas! Here is a concert arrangement of the famous Waltz of the Flowers. I underestimated this piece 2 years in a row, so this year I gave myself plenty of time to prepare for the holiday season. I'm sure my neighbors are tired from 3 months of Christmas by now.
I found this piece to be challenging both technically and musically, as I believe it is written in such a way to encourage a different perspective from the usual orchestral rendition. It is pretty faithful in spirit to the original, although at the end Tchaikovsky suddenly turns into Rachmaninoff.

This pianist is so pianistic suave; with his arrangements too. The waltz of the flowers has been one of my favorites since, I suspect, from my dear mother’s womb. Perhaps, ole Tchaikovsky was thinking mostly of roses while writing this masterpiece? Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm? PWG

This is absolutely brilliant. Arrangement is richly, tastefully and elegantly «orchestrated» , without a single original note, theme or instrument lost. Wow. Just... wow. So delicate and perfect. And my goodness, that Steinway not only sounds insanely great (you can hear it in the ambience of your recordings), but however you are recording, keep doing exactly what you are doing. It's like any professional recording, SO pleasing to listen to. I've been recording and mixing since the 80s and I want to hear you describe it all on a podcast or something, lol!

Absolutely beautiful, Mr. Gryaznov! Would you consider making an arrangement of Rimsky-Korsakov's The Young Prince and The Young Princess? There's so many beautiful melodies and climaxes that I think would be wonderful on piano and I think you would do a masterful job of it. Hope you consider!
