TCI custom screening and crushing plant for Keith Hagedorn construction. A Northwest 9570 dragline feeding a belt feeder that feeds a TCI custom built screen chassis with a Deister 8x20 horizontal screener which screens out 1" + material to be crushed either by a Lippmann 12x60 jaw crusher or a Lippmann 42x36 roll crusher and the recirculated for further screening to make a 1" minus road maintenance gravel.

Thanks for all the videos! I build and convert radio controlled 1/16 scale models of construction equipment and sorting and screening is at the top of the list now.

It’s surprising to see that the material is wet and yet the screens don’t clog up. How do you achieve this?

Located in Northwest Iowa, there's so much sand because of the deposit is sandy.

I have a friend who is still running 80D's here on the east coast of the United states for over 60 years, i am thinking he told me that the aforementioned one's had a 2 yard bucket for the drag version, all though most of what he owns are shovels and drag shovels, what may i ask is the yardage on your fine machine??

On this video I can see how dirty that feed is. I like the way the hand rails are painted. Is that a Kolberg feeder or is it custom built? Do you do paving as well or are you a custom crusher?

Brian Gardiner yes it is a Kolberg feeder. It was originally a truck loader surgebin. Yes we are a custom crushing and screening operation.

Anywhere from 600 - 1000tph, depending on how wet the material is going in.

First separate then mix it all together again. Waste of time guys.

After the classifier, the medium rocks go through a double roll crusher; the big rocks go through a jaw crusher. The crushed rocks get re-classified so they come out the right size. Crushed rock packs down much better than round slippery natural rock, so it's more useful for either concrete or fill.
