I'm 17 and I've been watching Robert Osborne my whole life. This really hurts. I can't thank him enough for introducing me to classic movies though, and my thoughts are with his friends and family.
Robert Osborne’s passing was very sad for me . I’ve been watching him on TCM since 1996 and it truly shocked and saddened me me. I honestly felt like I lost a dear friend . Today we have Ben , Dave Karger & Alicia Malone. All wonderful TCM hosts and presenters.,❤❤😊😊
Such a gentleman. His interviews with aging movie stars were so compassionate without being patronizing. He was always a most welcomed guest in my living room.
Please don't let Robert's memory fade from TCM. You should have Robert Osborne night. Rest in peace, Mr. Osborne. Thanks for sharing all your insight about classic movies. And bringing class to TV.
I was & am so sad 😢... He knew his stuff, He was & is the man of Good Great Movies, The Classics... My Favorite channel TCM... I Know & Learned Sooo much more about Great Movies. He will be missed by me & many more... I really loved this Man . He was and is the best...# so sad 😢 # Never 4gotten
Truly sad news he was so good at what he did. Around 16 years ago when I was introduced to classic films and tcm it then became all I watched. Many of the old time true stars from the golden age of the silver screen where sill alive and would sign autographs by mail. I regret not doing that because now they are all gone as well as our film historian host Robert. Life is so short.
I'm very sad that he's gone. I've missed him on the station for the past year, but kept hoping he would be back. Mr. Osborne was such a gentleman and seemed like such a nice person. RIP. TCM will never be the same.
He was my gateway into many classic films and helped to strengthen my already established love of the classics through his intros for TCM's movies. For that, I'm truly thankful. RIP Robert
I haven't watched TCM in a while because we got rid of cable. This made me really sad. When I got into classic movies I mostly watched them on TCM and I loved hearing Robert talk about them.
I’ve watched Robert Osborne on Tcm from day one he was absolutely amazing with a sharp mind he will truly be missed. R. I.P Robert ❤️🙏🏾 TCM just isn’t the same without him but the show must go on.

I haven't had cable for a while only using Hulu and Netflix. And of course amasing a huge classic movie collection. I just found out about his passing today and it has left me in shock. I always loved his enthusiasm and true to honest love for cinema as a whole. He helped usher me into classic movies. Such as The Grapes of Wrath, Charade, and Holiday(1938) being among the very first that I saw. Thank you Robert Osborne. You will be truly missed
Robert Osbourne helped fuel the love I already had for films even further. It's like the tone TCM has now is different, because when I think of TCM, Robert Osbourne is the first thing or person I think of. We will miss you Robert. RIP.
