The fact he has no HP makes me wonder if it's just unfinished or if they intended this to be some sort of unwinnable fight as a lesson to never have fun playing video games.
I think that because the last enemy was unused, they never added a required animation; so it probably tried to load a non-existent animation causing the floating point exception.
No. Whacka tries to load bis attack. Whacka doesn't have any attack tho, so the game tries to load a non-existing attack. This results in the (floating point exception) crash.
I'm guessing you were supposed to fight the albino dinos to turn them into statues? Nintendo though the dark para troopas were too hard of something and after you hit Whacka enough times he/she would get mad and attack you? XD They always have cool ideas that were not implemented into the final game Also skawo are you showing beta/badges/items/characters and whatever, or are you moving on to TTYD beta enemies now?
I think whacka was meant to spawn whacka bumps when hit and throw them like the thousand year door remake but they couldn't get the code to work properly

i haven't gotten that far in paper Mario so i assume that things don't do a lot of damage and don't have a lot of defense unlike pokemon I'm looking at you blissey shuckle and spoilers guzzlord

Do you know if anything normally impossible to tattle has a tattle implemented? For example, intro Bowser, Jr. Troopa 1, Fuzzipede, or Kammy? Or NPC Goombario for that matter.
Hmm... I suppose if anything's likely to have an unused tattle, it'd be something the designers didn't realize would be impossible-- say, random NPCs in TTYD chapter 4 who leave after the chapter's over.
