Its depends on person to person what matters them the most. Some even stay for just 1 year and switch for higher package or some stay for long 10 years for career goals or onsite opportunities so it depends on them!!

I am MBA (2020) passed out batch and i applied for tcs paid nqt and wrote exam on July 10th and get score of (84.79%) in foundation course and (63.39%) in advanced section and (100%) in programming section can i get interview mail from tcs or not? and my Acadameic percentage up to MBA is (65%) above

Hi dear as you have watched my nqt video then you might have seen that for paid nqt tcs tie up with multiple companies and you need to apply with your score card on the portal. So hr can interview u. Thats how it worked will try to get details

Hi sakshi, i m following ur videos from the very first joining in the TCS . I must say ur videos are very helpful....I have a doubt here hope if u can clear...as i have joined tcs in dec 2021 but i didn't get any project for whole year, in feb 2023 i got the project and received anniversary appraisal in march 2023 on basis of rating but didn't receive any band , so my doubt here is as i have not received any band after 1st year then how the 2nd year anniversary appraisal will be evaluated and will i receive 2nd year anniversary hike at the end of dec 2023 or after receiving band in march 2024, Please reply...

@@abhijitroy6641 hi abhijit we can’t confirm because it’s based on project to project that what am seeing nowadays. People with 3.6 package getting 23k and people with 3.4 package getting 24k. But on an average we can consider u will get anniversary hike of around 4-5k and then in march if u get A band then you can get around 1000-1500

Hi dear Usually there’s a hike in the same month you will be completed 3 years. Also its system generated promption in tcs till 3 years its there like Graduate trainee> programmer> Assistant system engineer >system engineer m. Please check with HR or managers or Team leads

There will be less chances that someone is not allocated till 1 year but still if by any chance employee is unallocated, in that case also he will get hikes as it is fixed promotion hike. Consequences may be the hike will be least

I joned as graduate trainee , but rmg assigned me to support project , my role is system admin . Same salary hikes applicable for me or it will be different

Hi dear as hike is based on designation and you selected through smart hiring with graduate trainee designation so it will be same
