Touchdown raiz is one of the strongest if not the strongest setup trick for swing tricks. This is in my opinion the easiest step by step progression line for it:
1. Cheat step, lift your arm and leg up, and spot the ground.
2. Jump from one leg to the other and place the arm down after landing.
3. Put the hand down earlier and earlier. The goal is to be able to at least be able to put the hand down at the same time as you land.
4. Learn this style of arm motion (and step). With this you are going to start training for the more inverted version.
5. You are ready to go but make sure that you feel confident in landing on your arm. The impact is quite big. Train for example one-arm handstands against a wall to get your arms stronger. You don't wanna hyper-extend your elbow! 😅
