- Here's what change I identified tower changes in TDS. (I could be wrong) Turret - Has higher Dmg and higher fire rate, giving him alot of DPS Cowboy - Income is lessen but the fire rate is a bit fast. Archer - He has fire arrows, there's no indicator that the enemies is burning since it has a visual bug. Hunter - He does more damage, it seems that he also got more range, and his fire rate will change by a lot when upgrading. Pyromancer - He now does damage, Woaahhhh, and has hidden detection, making him actually useful for once for beginners. Mortar - Obviously cluster bombs, decent addition to make him do little bit more crowd control damage. - Overall, decent balance changes, mortar is better, Turret is useful, cowboy is nerfed a bit, the rest are not worse than before, but still are overshadowed by other better towers.
I mean the stats are publicly available via the TDS wiki. It's a shame that players have to go outside of the game to even find these stats. It would be great if the game had an in-game wiki of all the towers, where players could click on a tower to see its stats for each level. Another game I used to play called "Oxygen not included" had a similar feature, where clicking on the in-game wiki would show you the stats or requirements needed for any plants or living organisms, and it was pretty nifty. If something like this was available in TDS, I think it would motivate players to play more. Anyways, great videos John, keep up the hard work.
What they could do with mortar/the nuke, is add the nude mushroom cloud. And to add a radioactive/poison area of damge the stays there for a bit.(but with a longer cool down of corce)
Wikia said about the towers that got rebalanced was: Buffed towers: Normal Pyro Hunter(now it’s abit good at early defense) Turret(now it’s shoots faster at max) Archer(meh,it still sometimes sucks) Nerfed towers: Cowboy/Gold Cowboy Mortar Gold Pyro Mortar(yea even tho Wikia said it got a massive rework and buff because now it has cluster bombs,they decreased the placement limit :/ )
i still preferred old rebalance mortar but i guess it deserves a nerf as his splash radius is a bit ridiculous though its a nuke i know but future events might become easy thx to mortars splash radius as in events enemies are usually weak in HP
Archer was something you had to grind for using the limited time “ticket” currency to buy the gift of sharpness in the store,this would award you the archer tower,you would NOT get it by betting the event,if you did manage to win the event you would be awarded the frost blaster during the time of 2019
Looking at the tds update schedule, this is consisered a big update even though not much got added So the next update might take a month or 2 but we wont know for sure
I actually defeated Molten on sky Islands with only Mortar+Support. Late-game the cluster bombs killed most of the hidden bosses, but early game you'll need a hidden detection tower like Accelerator or Minigunner. Aside from hidden damage, I kid you not, Mortar shredded absolutely *everything*. On the final wave, I faced the Molten Boss. In more practical scenarios, I would've had another tower for boss beatdown, but since I was trying a special challenge, I removed my accelerator. It was quite tedious compared to the average speed I take the molten boss down, but eventually, the Mortar came on top and defeated it. In a duo match, 14 max accelerators and 8 max mortars did very well against the fallen king.
0:23 just fyi, they didn't misplace the apostrophe; it's supposed to go there when you are referring to something of other peoples' (instead of saying other plaerys's towers, you just say other players' towers, and other player's towers would be wrong since it only refers to one player) anyways great video as always 👍
Im on mobile, and I actually don't like the new upgrade. Not because of the way it looks, but it's because when you select your tower, the ui shows up, then you turn your screen, and then the ui disappears. This is only for mobile but honestly it is very annoying

Back in the old days when tds had the tower holiday archer i bought it for robux and started using it,then all of a sudden tds got a ginormous re design and holdiay archer was replaced with archer,the very much worse version of holiday archer,but now hopefully i can use archer if i ever wanted too but it still hurts to think how much my limited tower got nerfed into nothingness
archer is actually pretty good. as long as you use farm because for me i tried to solo molten with it and i got to wave 40 and i lost. and its also trash because it took 25 minutes of my time

bro archer is literally holiday archer from christmas event 2019. i have this tower since that event so i didnt have to buy that 500 robux gamepass to get it. sad to see people forgot about holiday archer.
I have about an idea about something.. It is something about the new health bar for bosses. What if you spawn unused bosses? Also do it for wox the furry, nuclear bull and skelly with guns. I wonder what is there health bar? 🤔

I realy rate the fact about the ace pilot, because realy, have a lot of towers whit fly detection but none of then can make a beter job than a 1500 coins Tower, wen Golden solidier got buffed i was so exited about How i can use this Tower in game like hardcore, and he loses at wave 9 on hardcore, and Archer, another Tower made for the early game and linda suks because of the damage. So pls jonh wen u make a Tower on tdx try see where u gona use this Tower in game.
they didnt misplace the apostrophe. since they refer players as plural, showing the plural ownership requires you to put the apostrophe at the very end.
The reason why you beat the map and didn't get the archer tower is because it's not a map tower it's a OTHERS tower, you have to save enough tickets to buy the gift of sharpness which inside was the archer tower.
The archer is better to use putting it on the end of every path and make it shot last enemies and he will shot all enemies in the path with onli one shot
If exclusive towers keep getting turned into gamepasses, exclusive towers won't have "that" exclusivity anymore. I am not complain much, mans gotta make his money but when you put blood, sweat, tears (figuratively and literally) into these events and towers, idk it just doesn't sit with me right
ill be completely honest compare this new update to bloons cluster bombs health bar similar to boss healthbar in postition (same in design and position for the new upgrade menu) and i piercing bow guy (not adding to my point with this just thought it reminded me of quincy)
Sorry to tell you, but the apostrophe is in the right place... "player's" is a possessive, showing that it is owned by a singular player. "players' " is still a possessive, but this time it shows that it is owned by multiple players. "The player's trophy" means that it is one singular player's trophy. "The players' trophy" means that multiple people possess the trophy. Cool video though!
