We don't need any notes lol. Once you see where our kaihaka are performing you'll see why. The venue is Bowl of Brooklands. If you haven't been there before, it's an outdoor Amphitheater with leveled seating down the bottom for our Kaumatua and inclined hillside for the crowds to look down to the stage. So there should be no complaints about views being obstructed or necks getting sore 😂. It's surrounded by trees and walkways into Pukekura Park, the Zoo's right up the top and a massive green space for all the stalls and Big Screens. Singers like Elton John have called it one of the best Concert venues in the world. When a competition kapahaka team perform on it, they don't even really need stage mics cos the acoustics are that good, so good that if anyone sings flat or sharp, we're gonna hear it 😂
