Tikka pizza
Dough:
1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Yeast
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp Oil
Chicken topping:
200 gms Chicken cubes
Salt, Black pepper,tikka masala,mixed herbs,lemon juice,chilli sauce,paprika(according to your taste)
(Bake pizza on 180C• for 25 mins)
Tea cake:
1/4 cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
4-5 drops Vanilla essence
1 cup Whole purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup milk+2 tbsp Butter
(Cook in patila on medium to high flame for 40 mins)
(Bake on 170C• for 25 mins)
Chicken popcorn:
600 gms Chicken cubes
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Black pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
Mixed herbs
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Chilli sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice
4-6 tbsp Corn flour
Crispy fries:
1/2 kg Potato fries
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Corn flour
