In mumbai broadband connection starts for as little as 200₹ and unlimited starts from 400-500₹. Mtnl aslo provides broadband but it outdated compared to fiberoptics not as fast but better than bambani and chuttal. Live stream is about latency not speed you might get 50mbps but live streaming is like live gaming you can miss a second of lag so always check the latency higher it is poorer will be the live stream.
