I used lots of positive reinforcement in my classroom, always praising students for good choices. I also took pictures of good work and sent positive messages to parents through our communication app. Likewise if a student made a sad choice, I would message parents about it. And I had a simple chart where each student had a box with their name and they earned tally marks throughout the week for good choices and earned a Friday treat if they had a certain amount of points.

You are very welcome. Copyrights depends on where you get fonts and designs from. If you're using fonts and designs from TPT sellers, usually making sure that you credit them (using their logo and hyperlinking back to their store) is the condition for their terms of use regardless of if they were free or you paid.
