It's not one of my favourite SHINee songs, but I still like it because it's fun and nostalgic. You really have to watch it live from one of their concerts. It's completely different, without all the autotune etc. You'll probably appreciate it after seeing a live stage performance. It really annoys me when reactors say things like "it's sooo 2008, it's sooo 2012" etc. Yeah, we know. But it was the bees knees back then. In another 5-10 years people will be saying the same, "it's soo 2024". So I'm glad you didn't go too far down that path 😊
It's a shame that you haven't explored Shine's discography much. Shine, in addition to being the history of K-pop (they introduced fashions and musical genres), have a discography that still inspires 3-4 and 5th generation groups today. member has a unique voice that adds color to every song... few groups can dream of having such brilliant artists within them. You should see the live version of this song there they don't use autotune... think they have some of this song made a live rock version (you can see it on you tube) it is an iconic song of the group (along with replay, lucifer, view, sherlock)....even if each title track is memorable in my opinion very often the real pearls they are found in their b-sides which is why I recommend you listen to symptons, colors of the season, odd eye prism, selene 6.23, an encore (obviously all live). Jonghyun (the boy who has a powerful voice) has the one that still today she is considered one of the 5 most beautiful voices in all of Korea...I recommend you listen to Skeleton Flower...it's a poem
