Explanation:

Please allow them to cry or shout in front of them. This is a way to relieve pain. If you are also practicing, you might as well try it. Teachers have the same experience as their students, so don’t worry. Training can be painful but also joyful. I wish them continued growth during this experience and get admitted to their ideal college.

Some dance instructors don't usually go through the same treatment to become one. An example of this was my former gymnastics coach. She hadn't really had any gymnast background

He actually looks pretty lightweight. This butterfly stretching technique is for the fastest results. It hurts a lot but can’t hurt unless you exceed the weight limit of 10RM. Ten times what you can carry. I love that they are participating all together to make him feel included 😂

It's on the regular classes are like this. It begins at age 4yrs at dance & gymnastic classes for boys & girls, who are usually residential, after being cherry picked by scouts. It's a tough call watching a roomful of tinies crying doing the same. !

Genuinely feel bad for the teacher here. Their pelvis isn't the same as women. To even be able to do it to that extent before the part where they laid down. 😢 Talk about extra pain. Woman are supposed to have higher flexibility due to how our body is made. Not to mention he probably had to go through this already during his training. Still must of felt a bit nice for the gals to get a bit of revenge. The teacher was a great sport about it.

You shouldn’t cry because the stretching hurts so bad. Crying, screaming, etc because of pain while stretching isn’t normal and it’s not safe to push your body to the point of agony. Stretching can make people cry regardless but if you’re in severe amounts of pain, make sure you’re ready to be that flexible! Also I’m not saying the teacher is pushing the students too hard or making them cry because of pain, I just hope someone out there doesn’t have to go what I went through in my sport because of my teachers 😅

@@QuinnaLou Again, you shouldn’t be screaming or crying WHILE stretching. After a session sure. But if you’re not in a position where your flexible enough to do something and you’re being pushed past your body’s limit you can do severe damage. Hence why I’m saying this. I had friends in my sport who have long lasting damage to their bodies because our coaches pushed us to a point we weren’t ready for too early. And like I said, if you’re in SEVERE amounts of pain and THAT is what’s making you scream and cry, it’s not normal.

@@FelixFanforever123it doesnt matter. It can ruin your body for life your more flexible for a little bit but things like over splits push your hips out of shape and pushing someone into the splits harms your muscles. There are lots of studies on the harm this stuff does

I’m ashamed more people aren’t talking about this. Most people could do splits it just takes time to do it as safely as possible. Standing one someone whilst they’re crying in pain won’t work as they haven’t gained that flexibility
