Teacher Turns Her Classroom Into Real-Life Hogwarts

For Staci Lamb, 28, the Harry Potter books transformed her into a reader. Now, she's inspiring her own students with the wonder of books by transforming her classroom into a real-life Hogwarts. Lamb teaches ninth grade at Elkton High School in Maryland. She said she spent the past month converting her plain public school classroom into a magical place using items she found at thrift stores. Lamb told InsideEdition.com she thinks it's important to show "magic can happen in public schools." #InsideEdition

I am a huge Harry Potter fan and I think this is amazing! And honestly it's not even just about the theme. Look how warm and inviting the room is now compared to how cold and unimaginative it looked before. What a great teacher!

And the clock begins- some one from the administration office who has never taught a child let along step foot into a classroom tells this teacher she has to go back to the standard class design. The school board/committee did not approve of this new concept and design.
