As part of there preventive measure, just recently this week large gatherings are temporarily not allowed and classes are temporarily suspended but some schools are having online classes. Hopefully all is well after lunar new year here.

If you work as fulltime, it depends po sa school that you work with kung papayagan ka nila. Nuon I experienced na di pinapayagan based sa contract, now okay lang sa employer ko na magwork with other companies and magkaroon ng tutorials. It varies.
That's possible po but better that you will first come here to secure work permit and temporary residence card for you to invite your family to come here after.

Currently, one of their requirements to get work permit here is degree po but i think there are language centers who accepts undergrad but very rare and it's risky too.
Yes po but due to pandemic, they hire teachers who are in Vietnam already. Currently, most centers are close and some have online classes due to Vn directives as preventive measure.
