This is a very demanding role, its very different from teaching in Asian countries. Not everyone can survive in such roles. "Its not everybody's cup of tea" . Its quite challenging and not for the weak of heart. I appreciate your honest review for others

@62Parneet if you do want to get into the teaching sector then yes, a bachelor degree would be beneficial. You still would need to think about which age group you want to teach though. ECE is restricted to 0- 5 year olds.

Hello, you will have to get your diploma assessed by the governing body here in Australia. If your diploma matches the requirements, you can apply for a teaching job without B.Ed

I’ve completed Bachelor’s in English Honours from India then 2 years diploma of Early Childhood Educator from Canada and currently working as an Early Childhood Educator from last 4 years in Canada.
@@DC-sf8eo PR is a completely different process but for work you’d have to check each jobs individual requirements. Currently there’s a high demand for teachers. As far as I know you’d have to get your diploma assessed by AITSL and check with the employer for more details.
