It depends, not many teaching hours: 15 hours per week + 2 hours french corner. Sometimes 8 hours per day, but that's for the best, they you only work a few days each week.
There is a time lapse option on my action cam and on many mobile phone. I just put my camera on the back of the class, it set it to take 1 photo every 1 minute I think.
