This was Great fun watching the two of you stumble through making Kimchi. Good Lord - the whole onion thing was just halliarious and stressful. * Once you've peeled your onions, large White, Yellow, Spanish or other strong Onions - soak them in ice cold H2O/ water ( covered ) for approx. 10-15 minutes. This dilutes the potency of the milk/spores that get into the air when cutting. The spores in the air are what get into your eyes / sinuses. It won't take away from the flavor! You both are so adorable. Good fun from you both. Our little Raccoon Jiny😊 did a wonderful job. AND her Loverly assistant Bridey did great too 😩😎 glasssses- niiice. Now, can U eat this now OR ya gotta wait 🙃?? More....💜✌️🙏✝️🙋

HINT : ladies, to avoid crying from strong onions...... Peel onions; the strong ones. Then Soak them in Ice Cold Water for 5 min. before cutting, slicing.. whatever. Dry them off first too. Give this a try. Best wishes 😮😊😅😂😂😂❤🙋🏻🙋🏻❣️🙏🏻✝️
