@@safetymeasures167 I’m aware of that. Made the choice of using the more “historic” of the two. Armstrong himself said he couldn’t hear the ‘a’ in the playback in later years, but was fairly sure he did and audio analysis confirmed a 35 millisecond ‘blip’ in the audio was there for pedants.
It should have the same result as the stuff in the video. They jump into the leaves because they hear a rustling inside, hinting that there's pray underneath. That's why Mikayla scratched the trampoline from below. But it would definitely be worth a try if it makes Sophie become a trampoline-fox :D
Sophie is so personable, smart, curious… and gorgeous… especially with her winter coat getting thicker with its sable colorings. If I were you, I don't think I could ever give her up! I think you better house train her and let her live with you!
Great effort. It's a start and a good one. Such a beautiful fox too. A few treats left in the middle often will encourage them to come back over and over until they get used to it. Good clip.
I love how Sophie always stays so close to Mikayla, she definitely knows she is safe when moms around. Animals never forget. So glad she is doing so great in her new life.
What a smart young lady Sophie is, I knew she would be special the day you two met at the fur farm. I still remember how you looked into each other’s souls. She’s a future youtube star. Wish her & Finn would hook up because he can teach her so much. Especially how to laugh. Best thing ever Finn laughing.
Even in the cage, Sophie looked so aware of her surroundings and intelligent you could almost forget that she's an animal and not a person. She's only getting better now that she's got room to move!
@@RoninCatholic Nothing to add, indeed, indeed. Good thing to remember we were here about the foxes who were in tiny cages but not anymore, such a relief. Cordiali saluti.
Those foxes are so smart and curious!!! I loved it when Jagger saw you throw the toy and he goes under the trampoline and hits it with his nose from underneath and Sophie peaking through the springs and seeing you then she knew you were the one under there...lol
The hype was real when I saw the title of the video! 🖤 Also I adore Sophie! She’s been one of my favourites since that first moment you met her at the fur farm and she was curious. Such a good girl!
I think Kipper would be better for this. He is always very active, running and jumping around. But it was very cute to see Sophie exploring the trampoline! :D She is adorable.
This seems like a great way of getting them to live out their instincts. This is the way they hunt during the winter, pouncing into the snow after voles, lemmings, mice, gerbils, rats etc. They mainly use their extremely fine-tuned sense of hearing, where they are able to pinpoint the location of small rodents from their high-frequency sounds. They supplement this with their whiskers and their paw-pads which are excellent at detecting touch. It's awesome that these foxes get to flex their hunting skills instead of living a miserable life in a cage.
I love this! You really love the animals & provide lots of enrichment! Get a long stick or pole to reach under the trampoline to scratch the bottom while you film up top from the side. Like a cat toy that reaches.
