Stan was petrified at times but I love how he worked to overcome his fears and still tried everything and he actually did quite well for his first time! He definitely has a lot of the strength needed, now he just needs the mobility and he could probably do a lot of skills like a proper gymnast

Ash and Nile are the best teachers ever and Stan did an amazing job with the challenges! But this episode's comic relief was courtesy of Elliot. I lost it when he tried the handstand on the rings.

Dude swing to handstand on parallel bars always made me feel like I was going to fall on my face. Its different than with the bar at your hips. Its challenging

@oRecklesS yeah browney is God awful at calisthenics. And then when he collapsed with real athletes he won't let them do anything. Like slidis. It's annoying He's so up his own ass and he's barely average at calisthenics

Browney is so overhyped as one of the most beginner level calisthenics guys I've seen. Respect for manipulating social media into thinking he's some great athlete, but man, my mind is blown how he gets less impressive each year.
