Slow and steady wins the game! While we didn't have a ton of fast and furious mornings, the hunting was consistent and bountiful. Teal '22 was a success at Habitat Flats! After a relatively drama-free summer without any major curveballs from Mother Nature, we were relieved to see the pleasant streak continue through September. Teal Season is the best way to warm up the barrels for big Ducks...and that we did!

I remember my daughter's first teal. had about the same reaction as yours lol. she's 19 now and has only shot 4 birds since that day. she finally came out and told me she doesn't like to shoot then after I asked why she doesn't shoot very much but she just loves going with me.
