People give Sakura a lot of fucking flack, but it's genuinely not her fault that she doesn't have a tailed beast inside of her or wasn't born with one of the strongest visual jutsus in the entire world. She's really strong given what she was born with. Naruto and Sasuke had a raw deal when it came to their family situation, but they had were born to inherit some insane powers. Sakura deserves credit too.

Sakura was able to do the summoning now that she had 100 healings mark. Of course this also implies she signed a contract with slugs. Even young naruto could summon gamakichi which only required a small amount of chakra at the time. He had to use Kurama's chakra to summon chief toad. Similar to how Naruto can tap into Kurama's Chakra, Sakura has a massive reserve of Chakra she can tap into. Slightly more detail about it is later on explained in a filler arc. Basically, Sakura spent 3 years storing Chakra within a single point so she can use it later. This also means, Sakura was only using a small portion of her Chakra throughout Shippuden as she was constantly draining her reserves to store Chakra for 100 healings.

She didnt mean she was on their level of power, she meant that she can now fight alongside them

The only actual fight sakura has been in in all of shippuden was against Sasori... after that the pain attack... where tsunade had already summoned katsuyu... so sakura wouldn't have been able to show that she can summon her... She might have been in some other battle i don't remember but nothing important enough to actually need a giant summon...

To answer your question: Yes, Sakura can now use the SAME technique Tsunade used Vs Madara, the Byakugou Seal who Madara has stated is the same as Hashiramas regeneration technique, Byakugou makes her immortal for a period of time, also she has access to massive chakra amounts stored in the seal which she can use for attacking enemies hence why sakura was able to display all of that power in this episode destroying the whole field.

Gamakichi is so great

This finally helps explains why Sakura has been "useless" most of shippuden. She has been continuously storing a portion of her chakra every day into her forehead, even during her fight with Sasori. Tsunade earlier explains that a medical ninja must avoid the frontlines unless they can use Mitotic Regeneration, so Sakura has been following her mentor's orders and also been at a handicap for 3 years, until today. Even with that in mind, that means she helped defeat Sasori without her full chakra available, and also has been using almost all of her remaining chakra to heal others. It's been long established that medical ninjutsu is very difficult and takes a lot of chakra. So really, Sakura has never been useless after all.

Your point about a goal is very good. But if you look at most female characters most of their goals are to have a family or to obtain a boy. Or for tsunade she has a dream that is due to the men in her life. Strong female characters in the show like sakura, temari, Chiyo don't even have any stated goals or motivations. Mei is men crazy. Konan is the only akatsuki who's goals is based on a male members ambitions.. Kishimoto was not joking when he said he doesn't know how to write female characters 😂

This is for series veterans, not the video creator. Preferably this is for those who've read the manga, if possible those who remember this part of it. What the hell's up with the animation of Hashirama's hands when he's signing for the Head Seal? I mean, he does ox, tiger, dog, and rat, but after ox and before and after dog he does something odd where his wrists cross and the fingers of his left hand are touching his right arm. It's the same gesture all three times. Is that actually part of the sequence? Because that doesn't seem like a hand sign. The hands aren't even together in any form.

I think the fact that Hashirama knows about Tsuna strength is slip-up. Tsunade was too yong (5 years old), when Hashirama died.

its funny, of all characters, if any of them were to be a "returner", i think sakura would be the best one. think about it, she always had control but not techniques. she would be able to fix her friendship with ino faster, be a competent fighter during the haku fight, may even be able to save haku and zabuza. later during the fight of the third, she would be able to stop orochimaru since she would be at a similar or higher power than tsunade. maybe save the third. hunt down and talk with itachi, heal him back, and help him face danzo. cure sasuke of orochimaru's mark, go after tsunade and jiraya. maybe even heal rock lee during his fight with gaara. maybe even face and defeat gaara. the more i think about, the more im convinced, she would be the one to be able to achieve the most of the trio. and it would fit the whole "a returner was originaly a weak character, but gain knowledge that can change the world, and even become op while in the weak body".

Naruto series did Shizune too much dirty. She was like taking care of emotional drunk old hag Tsunade all this time and many other shit, but then a no goal uchiha obsessed Team7 extra member comes and get Byakugou. If not for being Team7 or Main cast member, i dont know what even Sakura has in show to do. And tbh Sakura is not capable of keeping up with both Sasuke and Naruto. I know that she meant it as being able fight to side by side. But at level both Sasuke and Naruto are. There level of enemies are of Hashirama, Madara, Minato, Obito, Pain, etc. all these guys are honestly not someone like Tsunade and Sakura with their basic fighting style can take without bs powerless butchering which they actully did in war arc of Naruto series. As for six path thats out of her league untill again which can be only done by powerscale butchering which again they has done in war of series. All in all Sakura only +point is her being Team7 and main cast member. Naruto series seriously wasted Tsunade's senju and Uzumaki bloodline potential+her chakra control and for Sakura they wanted her chakra control potential. Now in Boruto series Hinata has become their successor in potential waste sense. And don't take Hashirama's statements as fact. I don't remember even one statement of his that makes sense.
