Me too, I’ve still got coffee in my nose. There’s something about seeing someone puke that instantly makes me laugh, I don’t but I know friends that laugh as soon as they see someone get hurt. It’s especially funny for me when someone is grossed out by puking and they see it. Basketball and Orgasmo were both really funny movies made by these guys. They’re pretty clever in their writing, It just gets covered over by The smutty humor.

Oh, also, the Matt Damon thing was that when they got a look at the puppet they thought it made him look… um… special. So they were walking around saying, “Matt. Damon.” like that to one another cracking up over how dumb the puppet looked. So, yeah, sure, put it in the movie. 😂

Shut up" The vomit scene is easily the funniest scene, even without JL trying not to watch or hear 🤣🤣🤣 The way it sputters out at the end and Gary shakes during the whole ordeal is just hilarious. If you haven't seen Trey and Matt's live action work - put Baseketball and Orgazmo on your list

This movie was funy as hell. People clamored for a sequel, but it was so diffucult to make that the directors said absolutely no way. (The original idea for the movie was to remake Michael Bay's movie, Armageddon, but with puppets, yet ultimately this is the movie they ended up making after the fact.)

I predict at least 15 UUUGHHHHH 12 pauses to get the laugher out, and 20 pauses to stare at the camera with the "for real? Really?" Reason why Matt Damon was acting . .. "special" is because when the puppet was shipped it got damaged a bit and Stone and Parker thought he looked re***ded. And just ran with it.

Matt Damon once said he saw this movie and then he and his kids used to go around the house saying, 'Matt Damon!' to each other. He thought it was funny too. Matt and Trey said they actually liked Matt Damon. It all came about when they saw the puppet that looked nothing like Damon and just played it like a big, dumb guy. This movie in the midst of cancel cancel is even better now. Matt Damon!

In the sex scene when you said "They're going to give each other splinters," I laughed loud enough to make my pets jump. 😀 I think I'm going to have to watch this entire reaction again. This is absolutely one of the most glorious, awesome over-the-top parodies of action movie formulas ever. The entire puppet medium was absolute comic genius. Great reaction, J! (I'm also not a fan of gross-out comedy, so I also couldn't look at the screen during the nuclear-level vomit scene. Yuck.)

Somebody might have mentioned it already, but that marionette show at the very beginning with the crappy looking little marionettes was actually about 5 minutes long. Trey Parker and Matt Stone were playing a practical joke on the studio who gave the money and go-ahead for making a movie with marionettes, so they put that part at the beginning with the crappy marionettes to freak out studio. Sure enough one of the studio bigwigs about 30 seconds and stood up and went "oh my God, they f$@#ed us!”

Fun fact, the puppet at the beginning of the movie was as a joke to the money backers of the movie. Supposedly when one of them saw it when they first saw the movie they stood up and said "they f--ked us!"

The reason Matt Damon says his name like that, is because when the prototype for his head arrived, Matt and Trey thought it looked so ridiculous, and they just used it and said his name that way and they thought it was so funny they didn’t ask for adjustments, they just kept that one and then only made him say his own name ahaha

Matt Damon and Trey and Matt are actually friends. His character was supposed to have a bigger role with good lines. But when they had the puppets made it came back looking f’d up like that. So they just used it and changed the role to fit the look.
