Anyone familiar with the US military document entitled 'Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025?' Read it. This is unnatural. Sue your government. Prayers to all affected.
Texas, the rest of USA 🇺🇸 and Brazil 🇧🇷 need to learn that they are causing global warming by burning 🔥 fossil fuels ⛽ and burning 🔥 rain ☔ forests. God is talking to them all directly.

Wow, this isn't nothing. How do you think it's going to be with our next tropical storm. More concrete, more people in a natural flood area. Oh yah, less pasture land to hold it. They are now subdivision. There is a reason it was rice fields.

@@jtbasic I assume you meant, what am I doing to NOT change the climate. Went from a 2 car family to a 1 hybrid family. Use an electric cargo bike instead (I’m retired). Stopped unnecessary air travel. Mothballed fireplace. Stopped watering the lawn (in a desert climate). Use a washlet to cut toilet paper use. Eat less meat. Follow the recycling and yard waste rules. Gradually converting the lawn to gravel and edible succulents/cactus. Added return ducts to my 100 year old house to improve HVAC efficiency. Use ceiling fans to reduce AC demand. Use a whole house fan when possible. Insulate/seal the house and ducting to reduce HVAC demand. Use heat pump water heater and dryer. Painted the south facing sides of the house white to keep it cooler. Piped the washing machine water to a fruit tree. Keep all rainwater on-site to reduce sewer demands. Reduce consumption wherever possible. Reuse and repair everything within my ability. Installed PV panels and a house battery so we don’t use power during peaks. Buy the more expensive 100% renewable electricity portfolio. Buy from eBay instead of billionaires. Vote for politicians who support changes that reduce climate change. If you’ve any other useful ideas, please post them.
