I made a bunch of Team Fortress 2 themed levels and soundbanks for Worms Armageddon in 2015 - They were fun to make. They've been refined a bit and are now available from The Ultimate Worms Site (see Steam thread), so I made a proper video which showcases them.
Red teams were played by me in several matches against the AI (blue) using the default "Pro" weapons scheme - Yeah I know I suck, but that's not the point of this vid. :P
Additional music from other worms games (World Party, 3D, Reloaded)

Worms World Party Soundtrack mixed with Worms Reloaded. I like the combination, I personally combined the Generic, Forest, Battlezone and Outerspace tracks of Reloaded with other tracks from Worms 2. I do kinda wish that when people make these voice banks, they pitch shifted them into the higher pitched, Worm-ish voice but not everything's perfect ^^

The Worms "User" folder is located under: "[Drive Letter]:\Steam\steamapps\common\Worms Armageddon\User" Custom levels exist as .png images and go into the "SavedLevels" folder. To use a custom level: In game menus, right click the landscape when setting up a game and select your custom level from the dropdown menu under where you'd normally edit the landscape. Custom sound banks are made from many .wav files and go under "Speech". Each sound bank should be unzipped into its own folder under the "Speech" directory. When setting up a Worms team in-game, and selecting their voices in the drop down menu, they should then be listed among the rest of the default sound banks which came with the game.

TuS appear to be doing maintenance - It's over the Christmas period and not many people use the site so it may take a while I guess. Will upload them elsewhere if it's not resolved within the month.

Download a soundbank from the linked websites and unzip the .wav files. You'll have to use Reloaded's in-game Sounbank editor. Create a new soundbank in it, and manually assign each .wav file to each event. It takes some work, and you'll have to do it for each sound bank, but it's easy to do.
