We need the fast bowling all rounders like Manoj Prabhakar, Kapil Dev and Irfan Pathan who must have the potential to contribute with bat too! Raj Angad Bawa, Rajvardhan Hangergeker, Ateet Seth, Shivam Dubey and Harshit Rana are emerging all rounders who are able to deliver the ball with accurate pace as well bat decently and chase in Middle order and lower Middle order. Rinku Singh and Yashasvi Jaiswal may be most suitable in opening slots to score rapidly in power play. Sameer Rizvi of UP is also one of the most emerging batter in the Middle order who has a lots of batting skill and able to bat according to situation. Mohsin Khan is also a great left hand fast bowler. Nishant Sindhu is an excellent wicket keeper and can bat on one down or two down positions. Unfortunately, BCCI and selecters don't possess any plan for these talanted youngsters.

If top 6 of the batting order doesn't possess atleast 1 fast bowling all-rounder except H. Pandya then better we should loose hope of doing good in those conditions and just believe in luck.
Indians like Rohit, Dubey have secondary bowling skills but never work on them while Australian guys like Head, Maxwell work on their secondary skills bowling too , Cummins has started to win matches with bat too.
