What if Messi and Ronaldo went head-to-head with Maradona and Pele?
That's what we'll be taking a look at today as a team of Messi and Ronaldo clones go head-to-head with a team of Maradona and Pele clones.
In one side, half the outfield players will have the same stats as TOTS Messi whilst the other half will have the same stats as TOTS Ronaldo. And they'll be facing up against an XI featuring five players with the same stats as Prime Icon Moments Maradona and five with the same stats as Prime Icon Moments Pele. Just to make things as even as possible; both teams will have Prime Yashin between the sticks.
Today's FIFA 20 experiment is split into two parts; first of all the two teams will battle it out, home and away, in a computer versus computer matchup, then secondly we'll be putting the two teams to the test in a simulated season within FIFA 20 career mode.
Will it be Messi and Ronaldo that come out on top, or will it be Maradona and Pele? Let's find out!
