Great video!!!!! So a person can create a Teams sharepoint template for multiple sites to follow and have it push to a Communication site for larger audience with publications and version control. Would you happen to have a walk thru video to review???? Great Video 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Creating templates for SharePoint sites is a whole other animal, but it is possible. I would recommend checking out some of the ones MS offers and how they're used: support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/apply-and-customize-sharepoint-site-templates-39382463-0e45-4d1b-be27-0e96aeec8398 There's some nuance to applying site templates, especially if you have existing content. The link above is a great resource to give you an idea of what can be customized for future sites too!

Besides team site and communication site, are there other "levels" of Sharepoint or like a premium tier? I have seen other company intranets that look more customizable or professional with different web parts than is available on ours. We use the Modern Communication sites

Communication and Team Sites are the primary types of sites when you are talking about SharePoint Intranets. There are a number of 3rd party components and products that can be installed on top of SharePoint. It is possible that is what you have seen on other sites. If you want to know what the best you can do with out of the box SharePoint I would recommend you check out the SharePoint look book from Microsoft. lookbook.microsoft.com/
