He maximizes everything of his resources that's why he is so good. Like what feral said, Miracle knows what he can and can't do and pushes its limit. Of course it doesn't work everytime as luck comes into play as well but you get the point. Luck can only take you so far. Skill and talent will keep you there

@@earthopedia4602 I know it is 1 year late but its a lvl 24 PA with omega attack speed of w, the fight also go on so long and he didnt proc before, then the chance to proc crit increase in later attack result in 2-3 crit in a row
