Mr. This was actually a really useful tip! There were loads of tiny details like feet/shoulder/elbow position in relation to the bar at different points that I hadn't picked up on because it happens so quick

Its called a jefferson curl..you tuck ur chin to promote a global flexion of the back...to stop just the low back flexing only...hamstings and errectors are stretched here
