RTB, the reason why I think Jinx ulti went up to the top of the map is probably the reason while ive moved back into enemies when running, you accidentally hovered over the map as the rocket lauched, so I think the rocket lauches where your mouse is at the time the charge is finished. Even Ashe Es and Ults have failed because of the map xD
