no its your robots simplicity that makes it so amazing, it something that you don't need a professional design shop to make.. it give the newer and less experienced teams some hope... great job this year guys! So far this is my favorite robot of the season (=
Every year, new teams witness super teams and their complex creations and awe in wonder. What separates you guys from those teams is that you do the same thing with such simple mechanisms and that is what is truly amazing. Great job this year guys.
The pivot shaft for the arm is exposed when the climb is finished and it makes an ideal belay point. The drive team practiced getting it down multiple times before it went into the bag. It does take some coordination (good team building).
what I like best about this robot is how simple and elegant the climb mechanism is. Congrats on doing the 30pt, it's something our team, 1310 was really scared of this year.
A serious issue with this robot. The problem is that this robot is just so beautiful, in terms of look, as well as design and implementation, that I've been spending way too much time rewatching this video over....and over....and over. You guys are my current bet for winning Worlds.
i imagine this years Eisenstein final match will be 1986 against 118, really great work guys, it was amazing to see this robot at hub city... good luck!
