If you position the trailer so the conveyor dumps at the front, then pulling the trailer forward as it fills, it would save you from having to manually push the firewood around in the trailer.

A short here, First short depends how tall you are. I'm 6'5", ok some Sunday to be honest a 1 hour long test at a live broadcast for all the viewers I feel would be a great thing for your channel, heck relax if you wish Bossman could even drink a beer,however the coffee is safer, not sure how RU-vid feels about beer. But seriously you might even take a poll to see if the fans would love to see an live broadcast. Sure anytime you get Dad on the camera it's both cool and awesome but get Mom on the live show should be insanely great. Great additive to your merch apparel line. Should be interesting.

Like you said, the Timberwolf is determining how fast you can split logs. I've seen videos of other machines where the ram travels much faster - looks like you'll need an upgrade if you want to speed up production.. Also, how come the lift on the Timberwolf doesn't raise up higher, so the log rolls right down into place for splitting?

May I suggest bolting on a plate say of 4 inches so the pull back arm does the work (assuming you are almost always doing 16 inch wood , and put a large log round under the wheel to allow the rounds to roll into the chamber or at least to to be up hill ! . superb videotography as per norm , GW
