Red bean paste does belong in a dessert. Both the Japanese and the Koreans have desserts that include red bean paste and they are absolutely delicious. I have been to Korea and had the red bean paste dessert. It is one of my favorites! The Korean dessert is called 단팥찐빵 or jjinppang. The Chinese have their version called dòusha bāo。
. Aki does not act strange. Just because she is bright and vibrant doesn’t mean she is immature. Guaranteed she cooks better than you who are criticizing her.
A curry is a soup if it is not thicker than a soup. So no matter what ethnicity you are, if Indians serve soup and curry than there should be a difference between the two.
Onion ice cream on a savory plate has to be the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. Also red bean paste is nasty and doesn't belong in a dessert. If u had to send one of them home, it would be Emma for putting ice cream on a savory plate.
At least Emma's protein was cooked well unlike Afsaneh who didn't nail all of hers; they were both saved as Jonathan and Ashvi removed themselves from the competition.
@bryanelder9367Red bean paste is by no means nasty. It is delicious inside a steamed bun and a dessert in 3 Asian countries at least: China, Korea, and Japan. Go to an Asian market in your city and buy a pkg of red bean paste buns. They are often in the frozen section. You can find them at H-mart or Misuwa. Also try the popular Korean shaved ice dessert which is usually served with the red bean bun. It is called paht bing su 팥빙수.❤
