I pursued something similar with the MOJ. Their cheif exec told me to get lost with zero compensation. 2 years later I got a £1k settlement out of court. Better than nothing.

People lost literally everything. Including many who took their own lives. Whether she orchestrated it or stood idly by, whatever happens to her now (probably nothing) is insignificant in comparison.

I get sometimes one person misses something, maybe the way something is put to them or explained, or the words used in a report or message that are interpreted another way. What i fail to believe is, these of all those highly educated and highly paid people, not ONE ever asked, who is it that’s carrying out these prosecutions, is it the police or another authority? Why are there SO MANY fraudsters working for the PO…. Does that seem plausible or realistic? Literally hundreds of thousands of pounds claimed to be mis accounted but no one thought, whats actually going on, lets get right into the weeds of what’s happening and why?! I also get it was 15-20 years ago, but they all have chronic amnesia on the important questions, but a full and clear recollection of the pointless, unnecessary conversations and situations. I am hoping, with everything i have, jail time lands on these execs and leaders who ALLOWED this horrific and disgusting situation to happen.

Everytime i see these powerful poistioned people with soo much wealth, connections etc. when they claim they are really really sorry for what they have done.. And have every option and every means and ways to SHOW that they are sorry by making real actions, rather than just saying it, why do they feel this is suffice for the masses. Never tell us.. show us.. Even couples have to show they are sorry to their partners. Not just say it..
Her bank balance needs to read Zero, all assets need to be stripped to the point that she needs to rely on Universal credit. That's the way forward with this case, along with her cronies. Divert those funds to the beleaguered post office master's.
