I actually come to love fighting these things and I'm not even done will my first playthrough. I hope they to be in the next Zelda. If what to extra challenge if TOTK gets a DLC or in a mod, they should be paired with lynels. Imagine worrying about running or making from a lynel and running into them, or having paid attention during a dismount or flurry whether the gloom hands are in range, or frantically tapping while being gripping to aviod a lynel smashing through your health bar. They pairing is like ganondorf and Mewtwo in the melee days, they just fit uber well together.

@@CushYT IDK what would be harder to deal with such a combat, small rooms making easier for the gloom to grab you they the lynel to whack you, or larger rooms when the gloom a chance to grab you as a range the lynel could take pot shots at you.

@@PJDAltamirus0425 Gloom hands are super fast regardless, so most of your stamina would go into just evading them. It would definitely be interesting to see

@@CushYT Good point, they like fighting a vampire on cocaine and meth, hell, phantom ganon kinda looks like one. I wonder if the inspirations for TOTK phantom ganon was based off the bath salt zombie news reports from like five years old.
