Anessa did a magnificent job on this doc. She has worked so hard on this and it is not being monetized. And yes there is some toxicity in the fandom but it is by far being drown out by the good that the rest of ARMY has shown. This is the kind of fandom everyone wishes they had.
Seeing BTS cry is always hard, and seeing Joon, Jin, Hobi, and Yoongi cry is the hardest (especially Hobi and Yoongi), it has me in bits and pieces, maybe because they don’t cry often (the maknae line touches my heart too, but they are more expressive of their emotion somehow so I cry with them - the hyungs try to control their feelings more, so when they crack it really hurts me)… BTS music stands alone, amongst the best in the world, but when you get to know the members, when you watch their sorrow and joy, their highs and lows, when you understand their hopes and dreams, and when they share their journey, their music becomes so meaningful, the sassiness of Dope, the pain of NEVERMIND, the sadness in Butterfly - we live those emotions with them and their songs make our hearts their home. Their is one significant about yoongi is that..when they do " bangtan bangtan, bang bangtan " as cheer up..yoongi never look toward them.. He said that he will look into their face when they will do that at last time " ( last performance) ... and that's made me cry 😭

For me, guessing from Jin's experience, he never wanted to join maybe that's the reason why he never followed up the 1st time he was scouted by sm ent. When he was scounted by bighit and agreed to join and train to sing and & dance he has a reason that time. On one of his speaaches/letters, he saif he wasnt really happy doing that in the beginning. Meaning he was really never into it, he just wanted to make his parents proud. He thinks he wasnt doing anything good to make them proud. He was eager to prove them he's not just that pretty university boy. He was determined to make his parents really proud of him, a son they can boast to others, too. And in the process of doing it, he fell in love with his brothers, he created another family which each and every one of them are proud of themselves. Now, he wasnt doing it for his arents anymore. He's now doing it for himself, for army. I am jisy so proud of jin for overcoming his weaknesses. Proud for all of them. 👏🏻💯

I love watching their stories and origin. I respect them. I wish People could focus more on this instead of creating drama which distracts from what they are about. I think Army, like any group on this planet, has a majority of happy people that stay away from drama and a small fraction that’s noisy and focuses on competition between members and shipping wars. BTS to me is creativity, incredible music and messages that touch and change people while being entertaining. I have a bias but I am not going to make somebody else’s wrong. I respect them all and whatever relationships they have it’s their choice. All I want is for them to be happy just the way they are. I was leary at first at the toxic word associated with Army ...I have had interactions with Toxic Army but I thought on it and come to the realization that there is good and bad in everything in life and it’s about our choices we can choose our paths and our reactions...yes there’s a few toxic but there’s millions of very loving giving and understanding Army...good outweighs bad everytime 💜
