I started tecfidera&Amoyra in 2013, I've had MSx30yrs.These vid shares my opinion. I am happy with both meds. I had one exacerbation so far on the tecfidera, consider it user friendly. My neurologist said that it didn't fail me that my labs are perfect . The Ampyra hasn't improved my walking but I am still walking. That it really has lifted the brain fog. Other than that, I believe in Dr. Wahls Nutrition protocol, it's made a big difference and recently there is excitement about Biotin because a study from France found that it might stop demyelination and or help with remyelination. Very informative. I have had MS for 20 years. I have been taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN). and it helps with everything! I have decided to start high doses of biotin. And I am on Betaseron. Thanks for your very interesting video.

Hi, BS too many S/E's4me in 94, LDN a close friend 33 yrs+MS like me, big Like, MS continues progress, UC neuro, says off Tecfidera, if it was him, try ocrevus, will do, the Vit D3 theory has always been around but now most experts check blood levels, I take 10,000mcg q/day. Biotin 100mgs x3/day x/2 yearsn helps with B&B control.You sound informed and proactive, MS treatment is a trial and error approach bestwishes2U

Hi Corinne, ms for me as well, you also use ldn and betaseron, have you noticed any worsening? whats your EDSS scale at 20 years? mine is at 3.5 I pray for all those who are battling this.

Hi, you know it. I always try to wear sun glasses because my eyes are light sensitive. My vision is good, without any recent exacerbation. Take care a great day.

I do know I have MS and have had optic neuritis 3 times thank God it's been 2.5 since that's happened again. I myself wear sunglasses too. You have a great weekend
