No the main reason that fortuner lost is that this fortuner is 4x2 and the prado is 4x4. Agar fortuner bhee 4x4 hoti to phir prado har jati zyada weight ki waja say
4x4 has nothing to do with power, it is for high traction. Here in the US a lot of people prefer RWD trucks since the RWD truck doesn't have front axle and is much ligher, which improves its towing capacity.

This is Not Legender. Its 2.7V Same engine and torque 2.7vvti as in this Prado. As engine power same, Prado wins due 20%+ more weight. Actual Legender with 2.8 Diesel and 500nM torque shd be able to beat this 2.7 Prado in my view. It would be good if they do this. Also Legender 2.8D vs Prado 4.0L
There should be ABSOLUTELY NO comparison between a 4x4 vs a 2x4. Traction makes a huge af difference in this. Why would you guys ignore that? A fair comparison would be fortunate 2.8D vs Prado 2.8D and both on L4.
Engines being the same, Prado comes with a higher rear axle ratio in the differential assembly than the Fortuner, thus Prado is faster off the line and Fortuner is slow. That’s it.
@@Anonymous_1290-k8h no brother, 4x2 is better for pulling & towing. Less drivetrain parasitic losses. Have to apply one mind like a practical engineer, books which engineers rattafy in Pak don’t teach this stuff.
@@Booosting 2wd is good for towing cause of less parasitic loss on long hauls and thats pulling a dead weight here we are talking about a tug of war between two SUV's and you need maximum traction plus low gearing to pull of the win . The one with more traction and weight is the winner here they should have put both SUV's in 4low for a fair comparison

Guys don't use metal shackles, use soft shackles only. We have seen some nasty accidents with metal shackles if the toe point fails. I can send it to you guys from Dubai if you need them
