He says alt shift click. That means means you have to hold alt +shift and then right click. Then it goes only into one direction(unipolar) and not in both directions (bipolar)
The Bra Bra Bra effect was so cool, that Ludwig Göransson used it in Tenet (the Free port music). The one in Tenet is not exactly that effect though. But you will surely get the vibe from the Free Port song.
