I think the ' passive -aggressive old lady who won't take any crap ' approach sounds more authentic .It seems to fool the scammers more than the submissive type.

Another older video I just watched tonight for the first time. Great job stringing her along. I get really pissed off when scammers have nothing left, and resort to vulgar insults. It does show their weaknesses, so ultimately, it means you've won. But I'd like to think that if there are any "decent" people doing scamming (say, because of financial distress -- although deserving of being messed with, nonetheless), they would hang up a call before shifting into that insult mode.
