fantastic, please could you go over high and low level ventilation. gas rating, started using the phone app and almost imediately forget how to do it the old way.

As a gas tutor I was looking to send a link out to my students as I thought this sounded like a good learning resource. I'm afraid I'm very disappointed by the lack of detail and some glaring omissions in the discussion of open flued ventilation. Adventious air/date house was built/checking vents with a gradated vent stick, not a screwdriver and it goes on.

Hi when you do online inspection do you need a headset and microphone please

Hi, for the virtual inspection you will need working audio and a microphone to communicate with the presenter. Most devices, whether laptop or tablet should come with speakers and a microphone built into the device. We recommend that you check your device to ensure both audio and microphone are in working order before the virtual inspection.
