[Tech Talk] Introducing the New Watch Face Studio 

This would be an exciting way for people to get into software design. I believe that you should allow users a way to export the face into an application so other WearOS users can enjoy the best faces people produce with this tool!

Can I use steps count to save my walk, please. Not just daily steps. By pressing the button and saving time and steps.

I'm struggling so much with getting a background image I want. It need a better explanation on how to make it to the specifications for the app.

this watch face studio fail to take the steps data from fossil wear os watch, result 0 the count of steps in fixed element but on customizable element take the right data from sensors. why ? so on other wear os smartwatch not working ? all watchface i'm buyng on google play store made with samsung tool the steps not working and I see everytime 0 in the count... I would like to know where this tool gets the step data from?

I would not describe this software as intuitive. It's missing features from watch studio

Google systematically rejects all watch faces created with "Watch Face Studio" because they say that the "HR" function does not work. There are a lot of designers who are complaining about this.

I still can't connect watch 4 classic to program. Debugging on the watch and phone are on. Phone is connected by USB to computer. Tried connecting by ip address with watch and by Bluetooth also and nothing

How about adding the possibility of leading zeros to Bit mapped Font for say [sc] tag. I used a set of leading zeros beneath the Steps Count Text tag. Is there a better way to do this while using my own bit mapped fonts to complications?

There are no Text complications to select.. at least not in the Windows version I just downloaded. Galaxy Watch Studio is much better than this light edition

Excellent product, however, when conducting a tutorial it is extremely important that the speaker has a good English accent which wasn't the case here. It made understanding what was said difficult.

There's zero feedback to the user when attempting to run on device. I get the watch connected just fine, but then the Run on Device button shows the spinning dots forever. Absolutely no indication to the user what is happening, what it's trying to do, and of course no watch face appears on the watch. The old software was much better, it told you what it was doing. This is hopeless. Also, having it check the AOD every.single.time when going to run on device is just so infuriating. Nothing changed, it doesn't need to check the AOD again..and...again... Easier to use/simpler interface means harder to troubleshoot. I've had people mailing me asking when I'm going to re-release my watch faces for the newer watches, so they're all as disappointed as I am.
