All the most important stuff they Zoomed by it and the guy on the left really didn't need to be there, I have learned nothing from this. Do you create the Zoom rooms first? How do you add devices to those rooms?

Great video! I tried doing the same thing with an android video conference device, but i am not able to download zoom room or even find the link to download zoom room only the zoom room controller. Any work around?

Does the tap shows the meetings scheduled in my zoom account in meeting list? If I have one account and 4 rooms(room A, B, C, D) that belong to our regional offices and I schedule a meeting from my zoom account and I want it to be shown on the controller/tap screen in region A how to do it?

Hi there. Thank you for the great guide. Is the lip sync error (audio comes before image) always noticeable? Does it happen in the local device or is it a conference service issue?

Thank you for tuning in! In our tests the lip sync error was intermittent, but we typically noticed it from room systems to end users.

How about doing a Polycom solution for Zoom using the Polycom Trio 8800 and an EagleEye IV USB Camera.

Hi! The LG TV used was the recommended by them (With Crestron Connected Certification Feature) or just a regular user grade TV? Thanks!

The TVs used were consumer grade with CEC support!

You skipped the whole admin side of setting up the accounts - Resource Room and User Service Account? Needed to understand the recommended configuration API or Full delegate access.

big problem with us is that we use Zoom, Polycom, Cisco WebEX, and other face chats with our various clients (Depends on what our clients use...and we have over 500 employees). Would Zoom Room be able to accommodate that?

Thank you for the video walk through. I'm curious, being consumer a USB webcam and PC, can a ZoomRoom join a third party video/web conference platform such as Adobe Connect, Skype, Goto Meeting, Webex, Google Hangouts, etc? Also, can a ZoomRom work as an audio conference phone for traditional POTS calling?

For other services like Skype, WebEx, and Goto Meeting you can certainly join using the windows OS however you would need to use a keyboard and mouse. Additionally you can register the Zoom application to a PBX via SIP to make and receive PSTN calls. i guess Im asking randomly but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot the account password. I love any tricks you can give me!

New (june 2019) Logitech TAP for ZOOM ROOMS comes configures and is a much simpler, flexible and cost efficient solution

Agreed. However I can't tell if the TAP lets you bring in your own device and pass through the camera system like they used to. EX: I might have a zoom TAP system but I don't know if I need to join a non Zoom meeting if it will let me connect my laptop to the Tap and take control of the camera, mics, and speakers from my laptop.

Yes, Zoom is doing a free trial right now. However, meetings are limited to 40 minutes.
