I can't thank you enough for this video. People like you are a real treasure. Thank you kindly dude...because of your vid I was able to remove and replace the hammer sear and hammer for my PPS 870. It's not exactly the same as the APS but it's so similar that following this video was enough to help.
my shell ejector plate that covers the bottom doesn't seem have to have any spring to it? What seems to the be problem with that, if you know i'd love to hear from you, having trouble figuring out what it is? Thanks!
What is the link to the mod video for the the sear? I am having the same problem with my PPS M870. The trigger bar can't push the sear enough and therefore the sear can't release the hammer
I don't think I have done a video on that yet unfortunately. And the PPS sear design may also be a little different than the APS one. I think this is the closest I have regarding more info on that issue in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--4PnwqKo_ms.html
I'm a big guy 279lb . And I think there is something wrong with my driver housing . I have to put all my weight to move the slide. When driver house is out slide is fine it looks like the front pin to take out the housing has something to do with it
I use Guarder Gearbox Teflon grease on mine. Thin layer applied to all contacting parts. www.rainbow8.com/products/teflon-grease-for-aeg-gearbox?_pos=1&_sid=d8409b9c7&_ss=r
@@CJAwesome83 turns out the pin is installed, a washer goes on the open end, then you flare it to keep it in. to remove it, you drill the open end with a bit thats the same diameterbof the pin, then tap out the pin. the washer gets chewed a little, but thats what its for.
where can i buy the pin that holds the shell lifter in place?! i checked evike and aps-concept.com...also along with the little metal plate that goes in the rear of the reciever and goes over the little nub, that the ejecting"plates"(arms) spread
I would suggest emailing APS customer support and ask for parts. They are usually very helpful. www.aps-concept.com/index.php?route=information/contact
I actually was trying to find a video to disassemble my real 870 trigger group and this video definitely helped me. that trigger pack is literally identical to my real one. I actually had no idea it was an airsoft until like a week later haha great video!
